Rowan is an Australian born circus performer who started flying around on a trapeze at an early age. However it wasn’t until she graduated from a Bachelor of Arts-Theatre/Media at Charles Sturt University, majoring in physical theatre, that she decided to actively delve further into circus going on to complete a Diploma in Circus Arts at Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology, NZ.

Over the years Rowan has performed internationally for various events ranging from corporate & private functions, to festivals & contemporary circus productions. Most recently performing in two esteemed Australian companies, Circus OZ and Legs on the Wall.

Aerial Silks

This act is lyrical, dynamic, daring and beautiful. Rowan uses her strength and grace to wrap herself in death defying knots on a flowing piece of fabric suspended high above the ground.

Duo Trapeze Static/Swinging

Your audience will be on the edge of their seats with Rowan’s hilarious comedy act or an elaborate traditional act. The choice is yours, but both trapeze acts are timeless circus crowd pleasers with no shortage of breath taking moments. Rowan performs on both the static and swinging trapeze.

Acrobatics/Adagio

In this ground-based act Rowan balances another performer on her hands, feet, neck, shoulders and even on her head. The movement will mesmerise you and the demonstration of balance will awe you.

Chinese Pole

Want something with a little more attitude? Rowan use the Pole to twist, drop, and plunge head first towards the ground, stopping with only millimetres to spare. This punchy display of strength is guaranteed to impress.
