First discovering her abilities at a young age, Jacinta began studying dance and Calisthenics at age 3. Jacinta then discovered Circus and was accepted into the prestigious National Institute of Circus Arts (NICA). Jacinta performed in the opening ceremony of the 2006 commonwealth games, and also was an ensemble member for the production of DIVINO which premiered in the Melbourne international arts festival in 2006 and 2007 return season.
Jacinta went on to perform across the P&O cruise liners as a guest entertainer for a number of contracts before returning to work with an number of independent contemporary circus companies. Her Credits include: Petruska’s Nightmare, Runtime Error, Limbo, Carnivale, Another Point of View and many more.
Jacinta is a world class contortionist combining hula hoops, handstands, and contemporary dance. Her acts include aerial ring (singe and duo), contortion (single and duo) and hula hoops.

This is a high energy hula hoop act performed to a dub step/belly dance song. This highly skilled act is hypnotising and enchanting. From spinning one hoop on a foot whilst moving through contorted poses to spinning 20 hoops at once.

Contortion

Jacinta - Contortion

Jacinta has 2 different contortion acts available.
Act 1. This act is an elegant and lyrical contortion dance. The costume is a stunning, white floating dress. The performance is a beautiful piece in which blends grace and high circus skills, complimented by an emotive and uplifting song.
Act 2. This act a strong, sexy, slightly dark and quirky contortion dance. Wearing a sleek one suit, black halter with a jewelled bra, this performance is mixture of extreme flexibility, strength and control that demands the audience’s attention.
