Neisha

Neisha is a vibrant variety entertainer whose performance style blends a mix of physical skill and brilliant characterisation. Her skills include juggling, slack rope, comedy and she performs a range of dare devil stunts including juggling knives and saws, having objects launched at her with her very own catapult and balancing a range of dangerous objects upon her face. Neisha graduated from Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications (Theatre and media) and holds a Diploma of Circus Arts from New Zealand. Neisha has worked for many companies, events and festival including The South African State Theatre, Legs on the Wall, The Hoopla Festival in Darling Harbour in Sydney, The Flying Kiwi Circus, Circus Aotearoa and the Kidsfest Festival in New Zealand, Merrigong Theatre Company, Circus Monoxide, Viva la gong festival, Arts Projects Australia in Adelaide, The West Australian Ballet, The Tasmanian Circus Festival, Free Associations production of The Nutcracker, The Circus Proms series with New Zealand’s Christchurch Symphony Orchestra and performed in the famous Spiegeltent in Circus Monoxide’s production of ‘Built’. She was featured in the New Zealand Geographic magazine and on an episode of New Zealand’s hippest show Pacific Beat Street. Neisha has most recently completed a 3 week performance tour of the Northern Territory and Grafton, performed her ‘Love Boat’ at the Ironfest in Lithgow, performed stage shows for Sydney’s Star City Casino, entertained patrons at the Royal Botanical Gardens, delighted audiences at the Kissarts festival and performed to thousands of people at Sydney’s biggest Australia Day event at Circular Quay. Neisha is currently developing her solo theatre show ‘ChaChi The Variety Superstar’ with The Merrigong Theatre Company and is directing Circus Monoxide’s new 2021 Spiegletent show ‘Oxygen’.
