With a strong training history behind him, Brendan is an incredibly versatile young talent. After graduating from NIDA (Music Theatre), Brendan received the Bound For Broadway Scholarship from the Talent Development Project & American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers.
Brendan then went on to perform as a soloist for legendary lyricist Sheldon Harnick’s Broadway Up Close and Personal at The John F. Kennedy Centre in Washington DC and the Rick Jensen directed cabaret Bound for Broadway in New York.
Back home, Brendan has since made a strong name for himself, understudying Zack Mayo in Gordon Frost Organisation’s 2012 production of An Officer and A Gentleman and starring as Rocky in the 2014 & 2015 seasons of Richard O’Brien’s Rocky Horror Show.
Brendan has been coached by an impressive list of Australia’s most talented aerialists specialising in solo/double silks and solo/double trapeze. He has performed in many of Sydney’s prestigious venues and for high profile clients including The Beresford Hotel, Ivy, Merivale, Angel Place Recital Hall, Cell Block Theatre, National Art School, Cirque Du Soleil, Light The Night, LinkedIn and ACON.
Brendan is a resident aerialist and vocalist of Sydney’s Slide Lounge, appearing in the casts of El Circo, Risque Revue and The Gin Mill Social.
